Vitamin D3 that helps in our body's utilization of calcium.
Vitamin C is for healthy bones, teeth and gums. Vitamin B6 helps the body to metabolize proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Adult: One effervescent tablet once daily, best taken with a meal.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Directions for Use: Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water to make an orange flavoured drink.
